If you want partner users to have access to your platform without allowing them to modify the information on your public pages, administrators can create "Partner" accounts.

This user role provides access to the entire platform except for the features used to create the public pages of the site. The private area is the same as that of administrators but without the ability to make changes via the "Page builder" and "Media" tabs.

If you want your partners to have full rights on the platform, you must create an account for them with the "Administrator" role.
