Server Security
The web server hosting the application is regularly updated to apply all security patches for the operating system and the software used.
The web server is protected by a software firewall to prevent unwanted intrusion attempts.
User permissions and SSH access follow security rules and best practices used in the industry.
Application Security
The application is versioned on an external Git repository.
Users are required to choose a password with a minimum of 12 characters.
The application exchanges its data on the web using the HTTPS encryption protocol to secure data transmission over the internet.
Data Security
Data is automatically backed up once a day with a retention period of one week. It is exportable in text format upon request.
