The evaluation settings are managed under the "Settings" tab on the campaign page within the private area.
The "Settings" tab is divided into two columns: on the left, the configuration options related to the submission of proposals, and on the right, the configuration options related to evaluations.
Among the evaluation configuration options, you will find:
Selection of start and end dates for the evaluation.
Selection of evaluators for this campaign (the "Institution" field in their profile must be filled).
Option to anonymize the proposals.
Definition of questions and instructions for the evaluators and selection of the weighting factor.
To open the evaluations, the following elements must be defined:

The campaign must have the "Ongoing Campaign" status.
The start and end dates of the evaluation must be set.
You must have selected the evaluators for your campaign.
At least one question must be defined.
You can assign a weighting factor to the questions to vary their importance in the final score.
The project proposals must have been assigned to the campaign evaluators.

The project submission and evaluation periods cannot overlap. The project submission end date must be before the evaluation start date.
The anonymization of proposals is optional.
When you select the evaluators for your call for projects campaign in the evaluation settings of the "Settings" tab, these evaluators will appear in the "Evaluators" tab.
The number of proposals already assigned to the evaluator is indicated to the right of the evaluator's name.
By clicking on an evaluator, you open a page that lists all the proposals submitted by the candidates. By checking a project proposal, you assign it to the evaluator. The checked proposals will appear in the evaluator's private area.
The number of evaluators already assigned to the proposal is indicated to the right of the project proposal title.
