Setting Up a Campaign

Introduction

This guide aims to provide you with a chronological list of steps to follow to set up a project call campaign. It can serve as a reference or a "reminder" for your future campaigns. For more details on how to perform the various steps in the application, refer to the sections in the "Administrator" chapter.

Creation of a Partnership

Create a partnership by providing a title and description.

Creation of the Partnership's Web Page

Build the public web page of the partnership using the page builder and content modules if you wish to use the platform to communicate your information.

Publishing the Partnership's Web Page

Change the partnership status from "Offline" to "Online" via the settings menu or by clicking on the small "Status" circle.

Adding Institutions

Add all the institutions that will be involved in the evaluations of your campaigns.

Creation of a Campaign

Create a campaign by providing a title and description.

Setting Up the Call for Proposals

  • Define an information message for the candidates if necessary.

  • If a message is defined, ensure it is activated to be displayed.

  • Define questions to ask the candidates if needed.

  • If questions are defined, ensure their display is activated.

  • Change the status of the campaign to "Ongoing" in the settings menu or by clicking on the small "Status" circle.

Creation of Evaluator Accounts

Ensure that all your evaluators have an account on the platform and are linked to an institution in their user profile.

Setting Up Evaluations

  • Select the evaluators for this campaign.

  • Activate or deactivate the anonymization of proposals for the evaluations.

  • Define one or more questions to ask the evaluators. At least one question is required.

  • Define instructions to help the evaluators answer the evaluation questions.

Creation of the Campaign's Web Page

Build the page using the page builder and content modules.

Publishing the Campaign's Web Page

Change the campaign status from "Offline" to "Online" via the settings menu.

Remember to define the call for proposals and evaluation parameters as well as create the web pages BEFORE launching the project call campaign.


Opening the Campaign

Set the opening and closing dates for the project call.

Opening Evaluations

Set the opening and closing dates for the project evaluations.

Selecting Projects

Display the summary table to discuss and select the projects.

Publishing the Selected Projects

Change the status of the selected proposals in the proposal settings menu or by clicking on the corresponding "Status" circle.
