Settings Tab
Proposal Options
The settings options for a campaign are managed under the "Settings" tab on the campaign page within the private area.
The "Settings" tab is divided into two columns: on the left, the configuration options related to the submission of proposals, and on the right, the configuration options related to evaluations.
Among the configuration options for proposal submissions, you will find:
Selection of start and end dates for a project submission campaign.
Display of an instructional message that will appear in the project submission forms for candidates.
Creation of questions for candidates during the project submission process.
Opening a Call for Projects Campaign
To open a call for projects campaign, the following elements must be defined:
The partnership to which the campaign is linked must have the "Online" status.
The campaign must have the "Ongoing Campaign" status.
The start and end dates of the call for projects must be set.
The instructional message for candidates and the questions are optional.
Candidates will only have access to an open campaign in their private area during the period defined by the start and end dates of the call for projects.
