Exporting Proposals in CSV Format
Users with the role of "Administrator" or "Partner" can export the proposals submitted by candidates in CSV format for import into spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice. The export is performed at the campaign level in the "PROPOSALS" tab.
The data included in the CSV file are as follows:
Proposal status "draft" or "submitted"
Proposal title
Proposal description
Budget
Principal author of the proposal
Participants in the proposal
Score by institution
Score by evaluator
Overall weighted score
Candidate questions/answers
Evaluator scores and questions/answers
Exporting Proposals in Excel Format
Users with the role of "Administrator" or "Partner" can also export the proposals submitted by candidates in XLSX format for direct opening in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice. The export is performed at the campaign level in the "PROPOSALS" tab.
The data included in the XLSX file are as follows:
Proposal status "draft" or "submitted"
Proposal title
Proposal description
Budget
Principal author of the proposal
Participants in the proposal
Score by institution
Score by evaluator
Overall weighted score

Exporting Evaluations in PDF Format
Users with the role of "Evaluator" can export the proposals assigned to them in PDF format for offline or paper review.
The data included in the PDF file are as follows:
Proposal title
Proposal description
Estimated project budget
Candidate questions/answers
Questions/instructions to the evaluator
Free-form scoring field for each question asked to the evaluator
Exporting a Proposal with Attached Documents
Users with the role of "Evaluator" can also export the proposals assigned to them along with the documents attached by the candidate in ZIP format for offline or paper review.
The export of the proposal in PDF format accompanied by its attached documents in a ZIP file is done at the proposal level. For technical reasons, it is not possible to export all proposals assigned to an evaluator with all attached documents at once.
Exporting in JSON Format
Upon request, the application can also provide a number of public information in JSON format. This online accessible file can be used, for example, to display the selected projects on the pages of another site (your website or another site).
Exporting All Data in TXT Format
All application data are automatically backed up at regular intervals in TXT format and can be retrieved upon request from the service provider Gilles Vauvarin.
