The administrator role has the most extensive permissions in the application. Assign this role to users responsible for managing the platform and who can access all the options in the administration area.
The partner role is intended for users who you want to give permission to view and modify information within the application, except for the public pages built using the "Page Builder." A partner has the same private interface and access to the same information as administrators but without the "Page Builder" and "Media" tabs.
The evaluator role is intended for users responsible for evaluating proposals.
In some specific cases, a user designated as an evaluator in one campaign may need to be assigned as a candidate in another campaign to submit a proposal.
In this case, there are two options:
Either the administrator creates a second account for this person with a different email address.
Or, in the evaluator's user profile, the administrator checks "YES" in the "Allow role change at login (evaluator or candidate)" field in the "Role Change Permission" tab.
This option allows evaluators to access their private space either as an evaluator or as a candidate. The choice is made by the user at the time of login.
For the same campaign, a "Evaluator-Candidate" user must be either a candidate or an evaluator, but not both at the same time.
The candidate role is intended for users wishing to submit one or more project proposals on the platform.
Only users with the candidate or evaluator-candidate role can submit project proposals. Users with the administrator or partner role who wish to submit project proposals must either:
- Ask an administrator to change their role, which will involve changes to their permissions in the application.
- Create another account with the candidate or evaluator-candidate role using a different email address from the one used to create their initial account.
The API role is dedicated and used only by the application to perform automated operations in the background. You cannot delete, assign, or modify this role. It is mentioned for informational purposes and is not intended to be used.
