Campaigns correspond to calls for projects and represent the second hierarchical level of the platform. A campaign is linked to a partnership, and a partnership can have multiple campaigns.
Partnership > Campaign
A campaign has three states in the application:
Offline: The campaign is accessible only in the private area by managers and partners.
Ongoing: The campaign is accessible in the private area by managers, partners, and candidates. The campaign can be publicly displayed on the website with its start and end dates.
Completed: The campaign is accessible in the private area by managers and partners but no longer by candidates. It can be displayed on the website as completed.
Log in to the platform with an "Administrator" account, then click on a partnership.
The partnership page consists of three tabs: "Campaigns," "Page Builder," and "Media."
The "Campaigns" tab is divided into two columns. On the left, there are lists of call for projects campaigns sorted by their status. On the right, there is a list of tags that will be used to label projects with keywords.
To create a new call for projects campaign, click the "Add" button in the left column. A window will open; enter a title and confirm.
The page of a call for projects campaign is divided into four tabs:
Settings: options for configuring proposals and evaluations.
Proposals: list of proposals for this campaign.
Page Builder: page builder to create the web presentation page of a campaign.
Media: media for the web presentation page of a campaign.
